Marfrío receives, for the sixth consecutive year, awards for quality and taste by the International Taste & Quality Institute of Brussels (iTQi).

Marfrio Patagonian squid has been awarded 3 stars by Brussels International Taste & Quality Institute (ITQi) who has qualified it as a product of Exceptional Flavour .

It is the first year, out of the six editions in which the company was awarded, that one of the presented products succeeds to achieve such a distinction. The product raba empanada (breaded squid strips) was awarded with two stars and therefore it was acclaimed as a Remarkable Flavour.

These prestigious awards, ones of the most important, internationally speaking in the world of catering, are organized by the International Taste & Quality Institute of Brussels (iTQi), where chefs from Europe’s most prestigious culinary associations value criteria such as appearance, smell, texture and taste of products.
